Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy Customers may cancel a scheduled delivery. However, a cancellation fee of $20 will be applied if the cancellation occurs within one hour of the scheduled delivery time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but this fee helps cover the costs associated with preparation and scheduling. 1.1 Notification of Cancellation To cancel a delivery, Customers must notify Road Runner Delivery at least one hour before the scheduled delivery time.
